Abstract:
In the present invention, an electrode catalyst material is provided with graphite particles and catalyst particles. The graphite particles have a hollow structure that includes an outer shell, the outer shell having through-holes and/or recesses. The catalyst particles are supported by the through-holes and/or the recesses.
