Abstract:
An electrode catheter equipped with a catheter tube (10), a control handle (20), a connector (70), ring-shaped electrodes (32), and an FPC circuit board (40) disposed within the wall of the tube (10). In the electrode catheter, the FPC circuit board (40) that configures the electrode catheter comprises: a long film part (41) that extends inside the wall of the tube (10); expanded width film parts (42); contact layers (43) formed on the expanded width film parts (42); and a lead wire layer (44) formed on the long film part (41). For the electrode catheter, wiring work between the ring electrodes and connector terminals is easy and producibility is excellent, severing of the lead wires can be prevented, and a space in the lumen for drawing through the lead wires is not necessary.
