Abstract:
[Solution] An electrode device 1 according to the present invention is provided with a first electrode 2, a second electrode 3 and an ion conductive medium 7 that extends across the first and second electrodes so as to be in contact with the electrodes. The ion conductive medium 7 is composed of a bicontinuous microemulsion which contains an aqueous phase that is a continuous phase and an oil phase that is a continuous phase. At least one of the aqueous phase and the oil phase is composed of a gel.
