Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrode drying apparatus, which can prevent an electrode from deteriorating when the electrode is being dried, and furthermore, which can efficiently dry the electrode. The electrode drying apparatus (2) is provided with: a first light source (22a) which radiates infrared light; a flat first heat shielding material (21a) that transmits the infrared light; a first gas supply apparatus (26), which cools a first gas and supplies a cooling gas; a second gas supply apparatus (27), which dries a second gas and supplies a dry gas; and a first electrode transfer region. The cooling gas is made to flow into between the first light source (22a) and one surface of the first heat shielding material (21a), and the dry gas is made to flow into the first electrode transfer region on the other surface of the first heat shielding material (21a).
