Abstract:
For the purpose of obtaining a novel electricity storage device having high weight energy density and high rate characteristics, the present invention provides an electrode for electricity storage devices, which is provided with a porous layer (2) that is formed on at least a part of the surface of a collector (1). The porous layer is formed of at least the components (X) and (Y) described below, and the surface of the porous layer is configured of a recessed and projected structure wherein a plurality of recesses having an average diameter of 50-10,000 μm are distributed.
