Abstract:
Disclosed are: an electrode foil which serves as a supporting base, an electrode and a reflective layer, while exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity; and an organic device which uses the electrode foil. The electrode foil comprises a metal foil, and at least one outermost surface of the electrode foil is an ultra flat surface that has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 10.0 nm or less as determined in accordance with JIS B 0601-2001.
