Abstract:
One embodiment relates to an electrode frame for electropolishing, a variable electrode frame and an electropolishing apparatus comprising same. In order to achieve such purpose, the electrode frame, according to the embodiment, is an electrode frame used for an electrolytic cell having provided therein a receiving space for receiving an object being electropolished and an electrolyte, wherein the electrode frame may comprise: a cathode frame spaced apart from the object being electropolished and comprising a first-directional first cathode plate, a second-directional second cathode plate, and a third-directional third cathode plate, the third direction being different from the first direction and the second direction; and an electrode coupling member disposed at a corner part of the object being electropolished and connecting the first through third cathode plates. The electrode coupling member may comprise: a first support coupling to the first cathode plate; a second support coupling to the second cathode plate; and a third support coupling to the third cathode plate.
