Title:
ELECTRODE LAMINATE PRODUCTION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/116542
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention prevents misalignment between a separator and an electrode even when there is an error in a reference position serving as a reference for correcting the misalignment of the separator. A first misalignment amount detection sensor 22 detects, as a first misalignment amount, the amount of misalignment of a first separator material 11A in the width direction relative to a prescribed reference position. An electrode supply unit 23 supplies an electrode 12 to a prescribed electrode supply position. A second misalignment amount detection sensor 25 detects, as a second misalignment amount, the amount of misalignment of a second separator material 13A in the width direction relative to a prescribed reference position. A control unit 27 corrects the position of the first separator material 11A on the basis of the first misalignment amount and corrects the position of the second separator material 13A on the basis of the second misalignment amount. A camera 26 detects, by imaging, the actual amount of misalignment of the first separator material 11A in the width direction from the relationship thereof to the position of the electrode 12, and the control unit 27 corrects the prescribed reference position on the basis of the actual amount of misalignment.
