Abstract:
 Disclosed is an electrode manufacturing method, wherein an electrode mixture layer is formed, on the surface of a current collector, by an electrode mixture composition that contains a specific cross-linking agent, and a polyimide precursor aqueous composition obtained by dissolving a specific polyamide acid with a specific imidazole in an aqueous solvent, after which the solvent is removed and the polyamide acid subjected to an imidization reaction by heating. The imidazole is preferably selected from the group consisting of 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole, 4-ethyl-2-methylimidazole, and 1-methyl-4-ethylimidazole.
