Abstract:
This electrode manufacturing method includes: a step in which a soluble salt of nickel, a soluble salt of iron, and aminocarboxylic acid are dissolved in water to prepare a plating solution; and a step in which a substrate is immersed in the plating solution and a plating is formed on the substrate by electroplating. During the step in which the plating is formed, the pH of the plating solution is greater than 2.0.
