Abstract:
An electrode mix paste for a lithium ion secondary battery, comprising: (i) a resin composition for a binder, which comprises an aromatic polyamic acid produced by reacting an aromatic diamine compound with an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride represented by chemical formula (2), wherein the aromatic diamine compound is composed of 75 to 50 mol% of p-phenylenediamine and 25 to 50 mol% of a compound represented by chemical formula (1); and (ii) a negative electrode active material containing at least one atom selected from a silicon atom, a tin atom and a germanium atom. The paste according to the present invention has an excellent balance between tensile elastic modulus and breaking elongation.
