Abstract:

An electrode plate coating removal apparatus. An electrode plate comprises a current collector and a coating coated on at least one surface of the current collector. The electrode plate coating removal apparatus comprises: a transfer system for transferring an electrode plate to be removed of coating; at least one wetting mechanism, where each wetting mechanism is provided at one surface of a to-be-removed coating of the electrode plate being transferred by the transfer system and uses a solvent to wet the coating of a to-be-removed area on the one surface of the electrode plate; a laser removal system; and, a control system communicatively connected to the transfer system, all wetting mechanisms, and the laser removal system. The laser removal system comprises: at least one laser emitting head for emitting a laser beam and projecting onto the coating of the to-be-removed area on the corresponding surface on the electrode plate wetted by the wetting mechanism, thus allowing gasification of the solvent on the coating of the to-be-removed area on the corresponding surface of the wetted electrode plate, so as to blast the coating of the to-be-removed area on the corresponding surface of the electrode plate, and allowing exposure of the current collector of the to-be-remove area on the corresponding surface of the electrode plate.
