Abstract:
The disclosed electrode plate manufacturing device has: a negative plate support that can support the negative plate of an electrode plate; a first punch; a frame-shaped Thomson blade; a support plate; and a drive unit. The first punch is on the inside of the Thomson blade frame and is positioned such that a specified space is left between said punch and the Thomson blade. When the support plate advances towards the negative plate support, the first punch presses on the negative plate as the Thomson blade cuts the negative plate along the frame.
