Abstract:
Disclosed are an electrode plate (10) and a method for treating the surface thereof. The method for treating the surface of the electrode plate (10) involves: first, treating the electrode plate (10) by means of an annealing process, forming a layer of a magnesium film (12) on the surface of a magnesium-aluminum alloy material layer (11), and then chemically reacting the magnesium film (12) with fluoride ions to form a magnesium fluoride film (13) on the surface layer of the magnesium film (12), or converting the entire magnesium film (12) into a magnesium fluoride film (13). The surface of the electrode plate (10) is provided with a magnesium fluoride film (13), and the magnesium fluoride film (13) is capable of serving as a protective layer to protect the magnesium-aluminum alloy material layer (11), so that the electrode plate (10) has an excellent resistance to fluoride ion corrosion, and can improve the quality of film formation performed by chemical vapor deposition.
