An electrode according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: active material particles that are a granular material obtained by covering a particle, which includes a lithium transition metal compound having a polyanion structure, with a first carbon material, where the amount of change in the particle diameter of the active material particles is no more than 1.1 nm when pressurized from 20 mN to 100 mN; and a second carbon material.
