Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrode production method whereby a microelectrode is provided on a plastic film. The disclosed invention comprises the steps of: making a compression mould by plating nickel onto a metal body formed with an embossed compressing pattern corresponding to an electrode pattern; forming a recessed electrode pattern on a plastic film by means of the compressing pattern of the compression mould, by passing the plastic film between a compression roller to which the compression mould is attached and a rotating roller corresponding to the compression roller; filling the electrode pattern of the plastic film with an electrode-forming electricity-conducting substance; and polishing the electricity-conducting substance, which fills the plastic film, to match the flat part of the plastic film. In this way, the disclosed invention provides advantageous effects in that microelectrodes are easily formed, the incidence of defects is low and productivity can be increased, because the electrode is formed by filling the recessed electrode pattern with the electrically conductive substance.
