The present invention relates to an electrode rod grinder. More specifically, the present invention provides an electrode rod grinder having a multi-collet, the electrode rod grinder comprising: a collet comprising a guide member, one side of which is open such that one end of an electrode rod is inserted therein, and a holding member contained in the guide member, the holding member comprising at least three holding blocks and a holding spring for connecting holding blocks adjacent to each other, the holding blocks being disposed so as to surround one end of the electrode rod such that the electrode rod is tightened and fixed by an external force; a driving unit comprising a motor, a grinding wheel connected to a driving shaft of the motor so as to rotate, and a housing surrounding the rear end of the driving shaft and the motor; and a head coupled to the front side of the housing so as to contain the grinding wheel, multiple polishing holes being formed on the outer surface of the head such that the collet can be mounted thereon. The polishing holes are formed such that the direction of extension thereof intersects with the front surface of the grinding wheel. Accordingly, electrode rods having various diameters can be inserted into one hole, and end shapes of the electrode rods can be formed at desired angles.
