Abstract:
An electrode sheet die-cutting device, comprising a laser processing platform (110), a laser die-cutting machine (120), and a defect detection assembly (130). The laser processing platform (110) is located below an electrode sheet (200), the laser processing platform (110) is provided with a plurality of suction holes (111), and the suction holes (111) can suction and fix the electrode sheet (200) on the surface of the laser processing platform (110). The laser die-cutting machine (120) is arranged towards the laser processing platform (110), and the laser die-cutting machine (120) emits ultra-short pulse ultraviolet light towards the electrode sheet (200) to cut the electrode sheet (200). The defect detection assembly (130) is located downstream of the laser die-cutting machine (120) along a conveying path of the electrode sheet (200) and is used for detecting the appearance of the electrode sheet (200) cut by the laser die-cutting machine (120). According to the solution, the movement offset of the electrode sheet (200) is avoided, and size fluctuation caused by the deformation of the electrode sheet (200) is also avoided, so that the cutting quality of the electrode sheet (200) is stable and the cutting quality of the electrode sheet (200) is high; in addition, the electrode sheet (200) is cut by using the ultra-short pulse ultraviolet light to perform low-temperature processing on the electrode sheet (200), so as to avoid deformation and carbonization of a composite current collector polymer layer due to a high cutting temperature, thereby achieving higher cutting quality.
