Abstract:
This electrode slurry includes (A) cellulose fibers, (B) a carboxymethyl group-containing cellulose ether or a salt thereof, and particulate matter containing at least (C) an electrode active substance. The average fiber length of the cellulose fibers (A) is 1-750 µm. In terms of solid content, the ratio of the carboxyl methyl group-containing cellulose ether or salt thereof (B) is 0.1-3 parts by weight per 100 total parts by weight of the cellulose fibers (A), the carboxyl methyl group-containing cellulose ether or salt thereof (B) and the electrode active substance (C). The present invention provides an electrode slurry which can improve coatability and surface smoothness (coating uniformity) of an electrode, a manufacturing method of said slurry, an electrode and a manufacturing method thereof, and a non-aqueous secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery.
