An electrode system, comprising at least two electrodes. One of the electrodes is a working electrode (321) and the other electrode is a reference electrode (322). The working electrode (321) is a sheet structure. The reference electrode (322) is a non-closed loop structure disposed around the working electrode. The sheet structure is shaped like a regular or irregular circle or polygon. The non-closed loop structure is shaped like a regular or irregular circle or polygon.
