This electrode unit 12 of an electrolysis device is provided with: a first electrode 20 comprising a first surface 21a, a second surface 21b positioned opposite of the first surface, and multiple through-holes 13 each opening to the first surface and the second surface; a second electrode 22 provided opposite of the first surface of the first electrode; and a porous film 24 formed on the first surface of the first electrode, covering the first surface and the through-holes, and containing an inorganic oxide.
