Abstract:
An electrodynamic pick-up head has two reproduction channels (1 and 2). Each of the channels (1 and 2) comprises a single-section cylindrical coil (3 and 4) so oriented in relation to its magnet (5 and 6) that it embraces both its poles (N and S) and its longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the axis N-S of the magnet (5 and 6). The magnets (5 and6) are mounted for both channels (2 and 2) on a common stylus holder (7) carrying the stylus (8) so that their opposite poles (N and S) are extending on both sides of the stylus holder (7) and their axes N-S (9 and 10) are placed in the planes crossing each other at the recording standard angle ((Alpha)).
