Abstract:
An electrofusion preparation device for a multicomponent droplet and a control method therefor. The device comprises an injection pump (1), a flow sensor (2), a metal electrode interface tube (3), a microchannel structure (4), a stepped emulsification connector (5), a continuous phase container (6), a microcontroller (7), a controllable power supply (8) and a marker detection system (9). The first four components are connected in sequence, the microchannel (4) being inserted into a cavity of the stepped emulsification connector (5), and the stepped emulsification connector (5) being submerged in a continuous phase liquid in the continuous phase container (6). According to a detection signal of the flow sensor (2) or the marker detection system (9), by using the microcontroller (7) to perform processing, and by means of an electric signal outputted by the controllable power supply (8) controlling whether to fuse dispersed phases in different channels, as well as fusion position, thereby preparing a multicomponent droplet of required diameter.
