Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrohydraulic system for heavy equipment and, more specifically, to an electrohydraulic system comprising: a hydraulic pump which is operated by a battery and a motor; a supply line which supplies working fluid supplied by the hydraulic pump; a plurality of actuators; and a controller which controls the motor and the actuators, wherein the electrical efficiency of the electrohydraulic system is significantly improved. Specifically, the present invention provides an electrohydraulic system which comprises: a plurality of motors and a plurality of hydraulic pumps corresponding to the respective motors; and a main control valve (MCV) which is supplied with working fluid from the plurality of hydraulic pumps and supplies the working fluid to a plurality of actuators, wherein electrical efficiency is improved by performing efficient control according to operation loads, operation temperatures, supply flow rates, etc. to minimize power consumption of the motors, whereby the operation time of the system is significantly increased.
