Abstract:

The present disclosure provides an electroluminescent display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The electroluminescent display panel comprises a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The non-display region has a barrier wall structure on a base substrate. The barrier wall structure comprises at least two metal pads and an insulation layer stacked together, and the at least two metal pads comprise a first metal pad and a second metal pad. The first metal pad and the second metal pad are on the same side of the base substrate. The distance between the first metal pad and the base substrate is greater than the distance between the second metal pad and the base substrate. The insulation layer is between the first metal pad and the second metal pad, and covers the second metal pad completely, wherein a surface of the insulation layer covering and facing away from the second metal pad is a first surface, and the first metal pad at least covers a periphery of the first surface adjacent to the display region. This configuration reduces the number of created step corners, thereby reducing the number of stress focus locations, and lowering the probability of crack formation in display panels.
