Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an electroluminescent tetrode integrating light emission, switch, and colour control, and a control method therefor, the electroluminescent tetrode comprising: an electrode layer, a light emitting layer, and a modulation layer arranged in sequence; the light emitting layer comprises at least two sub light emitting layers; the electrode layer comprises at least two electrodes, each two adjacent electrodes being spaced apart from one another; the electrodes and the sub light emitting layers are arranged to correspond on a one-to-one basis, and the modulation layer is used for controlling each sub light emitting layer. The light emitting layer is divided into at least two sub light emitting layers, the electrode layer is divided into at least two electrodes spaced apart from one another, and the electrodes and the sub light emitting layers correspond on a one-to-one basis, and therefore each sub light emitting layer can be respectively controlled by the modulation layer, and the sub light emitting layers can form one pixel, i.e. control of the sub light emitting layers can be integrated by providing one control signal to the modulation layer.
