Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrolysis copper alloy foil that has excellent laser workability properties and that after laser working can be etched at a uniform speed in the thickness direction. In the present invention, to achieve the foregoing, an electrolysis copper alloy foil that is obtained from electrolyzing an electrolytic solution, and that is characterized by having a tin content of 8-25% by mass, is used. It is desirable that the crystal grains in the crystal structure of the electrolysis copper alloy foil have a columnar crystal structure that has grown in the thickness direction.
