The present invention relates to an electrolyte and a secondary battery comprising same, the electrolyte comprising lithium salts, a first solvent and a second solvent, wherein, if Lewis basicities of Kamlet-Taft parameters of the first solvent and the second solvent are represented by β1 and β2, respectively, β1 is 0.40 or greater and β2 is 0.20 or less.
