Abstract:
In order to solve the problem in the prior art of the difficulty for a supercapacitor to work in ultra low temperature environment, the present invention provides an electrolyte for a supercapacitor, comprising a main solvent, an electrolyte salt, and a cosolvent. The cosolvent is selected from fluoroether as represented by structural formula 1. At least one of R1 and R2 is fluorinated alkyl. At the same time, also disclosed is a supercapacitor comprising the electrolyte for a supercapacitor. The electrolyte for a supercapacitor provided by the present invention effectively considers the electrochemical performance of the supercapacitor at high temperature and ultra low temperature, can stably work for a long time under a wider temperature window, and is especially applicable in ultra low temperature environment.
