Abstract:
The disclosed manufacturing method comprises: a step (i) for preparing an anode substrate (200) having a metal foil exposed on an end face thereof; a step (ii) for connecting a plurality of anode lead members (210) to the anode substrate (200) and forming a second dielectric layer on the end face (200s); a step (iii) for cutting the anode substrate (200) to a predetermined length to form a plurality of anode bodies (21) to which the anode lead members (210) are connected; a step (iv) for forming a stack by stacking the anode bodies 21, a cathode body, and a separator; and a step (v) for impregnating the stack with a conductive polymer and an electrolytic solution. The step (ii) includes a step (ii-a) for connecting the plurality of anode lead members (210) to the anode substrate (200), and a step (ii-b) for forming the second dielectric layer on the end face 200s by immersing the anode substrate (200) in a chemical treatment solution (301) and performing chemical treatment.
