Abstract:
An electrolytic capacitor which comprises: a capacitor element (10) that is provided with a positive electrode foil having a dielectric layer and a negative electrode foil; a solid electrolyte layer that is arranged between the positive electrode foil and the negative electrode foil; and an electrolyte solution that is impregnated into the capacitor element (10). The negative electrode foil has a coating layer that contains at least one metal selected from among titanium and nickel or a compound; and the solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive polymer, a polymer dopant and a base component. Consequently, the present invention provides an electrolytic capacitor which has high electrostatic capacitance and low ESR.
