Abstract:
The present invention provides: an electrolytic capacitor which exhibits improved connectivity between a lead-out terminal and a negative electrode body that comprises a carbon layer; and a method for producing this electrolytic capacitor. This electrolytic capacitor 1 is provided with: a positive electrode body 2 which is provided with a dielectric oxide coating film 5 on the surface; a negative electrode body 3 which comprises a negative electrode foil 31 and a carbon layer 32 that is formed on the negative electrode foil 31; an electrolyte solution 6 which is interposed between the positive electrode body 2 and the negative electrode body 3; and electrode lead-out terminals 7 which are respectively cold pressure welded to the positive electrode body 2 and the negative electrode body 3. The surface of the carbon layer 32 of the negative electrode body 3 has a maximum coefficient of static friction of 0.6 or more.
