Abstract:
An electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention comprises: a capacitor element including an anode configured from a metal layer, a dielectric layer provided on the outer surface of the metal layer, and a cathode provided on the outer surface of the dielectric layer; an insulating resin in the interior of which the capacitor element is provided; and a gas barrier layer, provided on the outer surface of the insulating resin, that has a vapor permeability of 1 g/m2·day or less.
