Abstract:
Provided are a highly reliable electrolytic condenser, which has a low ESR but
a large electrostatic capacity and a high voltage resistance, and a method for
manufacturing the electrolytic condenser. The electrolytic condenser comprises
a condenser element constituted by winding an anode foil having a dielectric
oxide film and a cathode foil subjected to a surface enlarging treatment, through
a separator, a driving electrolyte impregnating the condenser element, a bottomed
metal case accommodating the condenser element, and a sealing member sealing
the opening of the metal case. The electrolytic condenser is constituted such
that conductive high-molecular fine particles stick to the fiber surfaces of
the separator, such that the fibers of the separator are filled up in-between
with the conductive high-molecular fine particles, and such that the conductive
high-molecular fine particles stick further to the surfaces of the anode foil
and the cathode foil.
