Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an electrolytic device in which the efficiency of electrolyzing raw water is improved by heightening the electrical conductivity of a cathode solution; a collection system; and an electrolytic method. The electrolytic device electrolyzes raw water containing at least one kind of ions selected from among calcium ions, magnesium ions, and chloride ions, and is characterized by comprising an anode, a cathode, a cation-exchange membrane disposed therebetween, and a concentration part for concentrating raw water and characterized in that concentrated raw water which has been concentrated in the concentration part is introduced into a cathode-side space.
