Abstract:
The electrolytic device 10 according to an embodiment is equipped with: a diaphragm 24a constituted of a porous membrane 24 that has a water permeability, as measured at a differential pressure of 20 KPa, of 0.0024-0.6 mL/min per cm2; a first electrode 20 disposed so as to face the diaphragm; and a second electrode 22 which faces the first electrode, with the diaphragm disposed therebetween, the difference in water pressure between both sides of the porous membrane being in the range of ±20 kPa.
