Abstract:
This electrolytic processing method is a method for forming a processed hole having a curved shape in a processed workpiece by means of an electrolytic process, the electrolytic processing method being provided with: a step for circulating an electrolytic solution through an inner flow channel of a processing electrode and discharging the electrolytic solution from an outlet port of the inner flow channel provided in a tip surface of the processing electrode; a step for applying an electric potential difference between the processing electrode and the processed workpiece while discharging the electrolytic solution from the outlet port of the processing electrode; and a step for forming a processed hole having a curved shape in the processed workpiece, wherein, in the step for discharging the electrolytic solution, at least one among the current density distribution of the tip surface of the processing electrode and the flow velocity distribution of the electrolytic solution discharged from the outlet port is eccentric, with respect to a shaft core of the tip surface of the processing electrode, toward the downstream side in the curved direction of the processed hole.
