Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrolytic solution which has improved inflammability and enables the improvement in durability of a dye-sensitized solar cell. Specifically disclosed is an electrolytic solution for dye-sensitized solar cells, which comprises: a solvent (I) for dissolving an electrolyte, which comprises at least one nonionic fluorinated organic solvent (A) selected from the group consisting of a fluorinated ether, a fluorinated linear carbonate, a fluorinated cyclic carbonate, a fluorinated ester and a fluorinated carboxylic acid amide; and an electrolyte (II) which comprises iodine and/or an iodine compound.
