Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an electrolyzed water producing apparatus is provided with: a product water container 12 that holds water; an electrode unit 16 that is immersed in the water within the product water container 12 and is provided with an electrolyte solution chamber 20, which is divided by a diaphragm and holds an electrolyte solution, and a positive electrode 34a and a negative electrode 34b facing each other with the diaphragm being interposed therebetween; and a sensor 60 that senses the amount of water contained in the product water container 12.
