Abstract:
Disclosed is an electromagnetic actuator that has a novel structure and that, in a region of little separation between a fixed element and a mobile element having excellent energy efficiency, can efficiently and stably manifest the vibration displacement of a vibrating member without generating a tapping sound. Further disclosed is a fluid-filled active vibration-damping device using same. An annular supporting member (80) on the side of the fixed element (122) and the vibrating member (78) on the side of the mobile element (124) are disposed facing each other perpendicularly to the axial direction, and a supporting rubber elastic body (82) that is an annular disc that elastically links the annular supporting member (80) and the vibrating member (78) is disposed between the facing surfaces of the annular supporting member (80) and the vibrating member (78). An inner peripheral concavity (164) and an outer peripheral convexity (166) are formed on one surface in the axial direction of the supporting rubber elastic body (82), and an inner peripheral convexity (168) and an outer peripheral concavity (170) are formed on the other surface in the axial direction of the supporting rubber elastic body (82). An elastic central axis (l) is established on the supporting rubber elastic body (82) between the facing surfaces of the vibrating member (78) and the annular supporting member (80) perpendicular to the axial direction curving in an undulation that connects protrusions and indentations.
