Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic actuator (10) for vibration isolation which has a novel structure, and is capable of using a simple structure to advantageously achieve stabilization of operations and improved durability, while effectively guiding a mover (70) with respect to a stator (68). This electromagnetic actuator (10) for vibration isolation is provided with a stator (68) and a mover (70), of which one is provided with coils (74), and is configured such that the mover (70) is relatively displaced with respect to the stator (68) as a result of the action of a magnetic field generated by passing a current through the coils (74). The mover (70) is inserted inside the stator (68). A cylindrical guide sleeve (116) is provided between the stator (68) and the mover (70), and the mover (70) is configured so as to be capable of sliding along the guide sleeve (116). Furthermore, an elastic support body (122) is fixed to the guide sleeve (116). The elastic support body (122) is sandwiched between the stator (68) and a part away from the guide sleeve (116), and the guide sleeve (116) is elastically supported on the stator (68).
