An electromagnetic attraction assembly, comprising a magnetic yoke iron core (10), an armature (30) and a coil (20), wherein the magnetic yoke iron core (10) is coaxially provided with an annular mounting groove (11), and an opening of the mounting groove (11) faces a first axial side of the magnetic yoke iron core (10); the armature (30) is arranged on the first axial side of the magnetic yoke iron core (10), an annular corresponding face (301) is formed in an area of the armature (30) that corresponds to the opening of the mounting groove (11), the corresponding face (301) and the mounting groove (11) form an annular magnetic circuit space, and the width of the magnetic circuit space is gradually increased in a direction away from an axis of the magnetic yoke iron core (10); and the coil (20) is arranged in the magnetic circuit space. The electromagnetic attraction assembly has uniform magnetic induction intensity, and can generate a relatively large air gap magnetic force under the same coil magnetomotive force, thereby overcoming a larger spring force and increasing braking torque of a brake. Further provided is a brake.
