Abstract:
A stator (21) for applying a composite electromagnetic force (F) of a plurality of electromagnets (24) is provided to a drive shaft (13) having a fluctuating load (Ld). A control part (30) is provided for controlling a current difference between a first coil current (IU) (upper coil current) that flows to a coil (23) of the electromagnet (24) that generates an electromagnetic force in the opposite direction of the load (Ld) and a second coil current (IL) (lower coil current) that flows to a coil (23) of the electromagnet (24) that generates an electromagnetic force in the same direction as the load (Ld), to control positioning of the drive shaft (13). The control part (30) sequentially adjusts the second coil current (IL) so as to reduce the average value of the second coil current (IL).
