Abstract:
Disclosed is an electromagnetic brake detection device capable of simulating multiple loads, belonging to the technical field of braking performance testing and comprising a variable frequency motor (1), a torque output shaft (10), a rotation speed and torque sensor (11), a torque braking shaft (12), an electromagnetic brake (13), at least one flywheel device (2, 4, 6, 8) and at least one switching device (3, 5, 7, 9). The torque output shaft (10) and the torque braking shaft (12) are horizontally supported on a support frame body (22) via a bracket, two ends of the torque output shaft (10) are respectively connected to the variable frequency motor (1) and the rotation speed and torque sensor (11), the other end of the rotation speed and torque sensor (11) is connected to the torque braking shaft (12) via a coupler, and the electromagnetic brake (13) and the torque braking shaft (12) are cooperatively connected. Each of the switching devices (3, 5, 7, 9) is fixed on the same torque output shaft (10), each of the flywheel devices (2, 4, 6, 8) is in clearance fit on the torque output shaft (10), the flywheel devices (2, 4, 6, 8) and the switching devices (3, 5, 7, 9) cooperate in one-to-one correspondence respectively, and a power supply mechanism (23) is correspondingly provided below each of the switching devices (3, 5, 7, 9). The device has a rational and simple structure, a safe and reliable performance, and a high degree of intelligence, and is convenient to use.
