Abstract:
An electromagnetic braking energy recovery apparatus, related to the technical field of braking devices and comprising an energy recovery assembly (101) and an electromagnetic braking assembly (102). The energy recovery assembly (101) and the electromagnetic braking assembly (102) are coaxially arranged on a rotating shaft (111). The energy recovery assembly (101) internally comprises two magnets forming an annular shape. The rotating shaft (111) drives a coil to cut magnetic induction lines to generate electric energy, and the electric energy is stored in a storage battery to supply power to the electromagnetic braking assembly (102). The electromagnetic braking assembly (102) generates resistance to the magnets driven when the rotating shaft (111) rotates by using a magnetic field generated by the electrified coil, thereby hindering the rotation of the rotating shaft (111) and achieving the purpose of braking. The electromagnetic braking energy recovery apparatus is provided with the energy recovery assembly (101) to achieve efficient utilization of energy. Compared with conventional mechanical braking, the electromagnetic braking is more efficient, and the service life of the apparatus is longer.
