Abstract:
This electromagnetic coil is provided with a wound conductor body (12a) formed from a conductor (12b) wound multiple times around a predetermined axis, and a ceramic layer (12c), whereof the surface is flattened, formed by thermal spraying over an end face in the predetermined axis direction of the wound conductor body (12a). The maximum value (t12) for the thickness of the ceramic layer (12c) is set to be three times or less the maximum value (t11) of the step differences formed by a plurality of conductors (12b) on the end face in the predetermined axis direction.
