Abstract:
The frequencies and phases of the currents flowing through conductors (1, 2) arranged in predetermined positions are controlled so as to be predetermined values, and the distance L between the conductors is a predetermined value. With respect to the phase of an electromagnetic field induced by the current flowing through a first part of the conductors (1, 2) at the first part, the phase of the electromagnetic field induced by the current flowing through the first part of the conductors (1, 2) and propagated to a second part of the conductors (1, 2) or to a third part of another conductor at the second or third part is delayed. By using the delay, an electromagnetic wave is radiated from the conductors (1, 2) in a predetermined direction.
