Abstract:
In the present invention, the contact resistance value that a detection means (resistance detection unit) detects is compared to a threshold value, and if the contact resistance value exceeds a threshold value, a determination unit (abnormality determination unit) determines that there is an abnormality, and an abnormality detection signal is output from an output means (output unit). Thus, it is possible, on the basis of the contact resistance value of a contact section, to detect contact abnormalities such as a reduction in contact pressure between contacts or surface oxidation of contacts.
