Abstract:
Disclosed are an electromagnetic element and a manufacturing method therefor. The electromagnetic element comprises a substrate, a magnetic core, transmission units and a connection layer, wherein the substrate comprises a central portion provided with a plurality of internal via holes and a peripheral portion provided with a plurality of external via holes, and an annular accommodating groove is formed between the central portion and the peripheral portion; the magnetic core is housed in the annular accommodating groove; the transmission units are arranged at two opposite sides of the substrate respectively, and each of the transmission units comprises: a transmission line layer comprising a plurality of lead patterns, with each of the lead patterns connecting one of the internal via holes to one of the external via holes, and the plurality of lead patterns being circumferentially arranged around the magnetic core; and the connection layer is located at one side on the transmission line layer that is close to the substrate, and is used for fixing the transmission line layer, wherein the dielectric loss of at least one connection layer is not greater than 0.02. By arranging a connection layer with a dielectric loss not greater than 0.02 between transmission line layers, the signal loss in the transmission line layers can be reduced.
