Abstract:
An electromagnetic foot valve applied to a high-efficiency energy recycling system of a new energy commercial vehicle, comprising a connection body (9), an upper valve body (6) and a lower valve body (18), wherein the connection body (9) is installed above the upper valve body (6), an ejector rod seat (11), a balance valve (14) and an upper cavity valve assembly (5) are successively provided in a cavity formed by the connection body (9), the upper valve body (6) and the lower valve body (18), an air spring (13) is provided between the ejector rod seat (11) and the balance valve (14), an air spring intake pipe (12) is connected to an air source through an electric control pressure regulation valve, the ejector rod seat (11) is connected to an acceleration sensor (10), the ejector rod seat (11) is provided with a top surface, the connection body (9) is provided with a potentiometer assembly (1), the potentiometer assembly (1) is provided with an ejector rod (3), the ejector rod (3) pushes against the top surface of the ejector rod seat (11), and an electric signal of the potentiometer assembly (1) is connected to the electric control pressure regulation valve. While the recycled energy of a vehicle is increased, the foot feeling when a driver steps the electromagnetic foot valve is more comfortable, when the driver needs the emergency brake at any driving speed, a qualified brake force can be provided to match the brake, and the vehicle can be stopped stably in a shortest distance and in a shortest time.
